A pair of Vintage Star Sapphire, Ruby & Diamond Flowerpot earrings, circa 1950s, each designed as a dimensional flower basket hand-crafted in 14 karat yellow gold and platinum. The arrangement centers a natural cabochon star sapphire, prong-set among sculpted flower petals with milgraine detailing that curve gracefully up the ear, accented by natural round brilliant diamonds and natural round-cut rubies, both prong- and bezel-set within and around the petals. The base of the flower pot is enhanced by a series of natural, round, brilliant diamonds hand-set in platinum. The earrings are finished with posts and French clip closures.
