Shipping and Returns

Briony Raymond is pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States. Most domestic orders are shipped via insured Federal Express Priority or Standard Overnight. In certain circumstances, hand delivery or Malca Amit Armored service may be arranged to ensure the utmost care and security.

We are also delighted to ship to select international destinations. International shipping fees are determined by location and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that all international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. Prior to delivery, our designated courier will contact you directly to arrange payment of any applicable import duties and taxes. These fees are non-refundable and may be required either in advance of delivery or invoiced following delivery, depending on the destination country’s regulations.

While we are able to ship to many countries, certain items may be subject to specific export or import restrictions. Availability may vary based on the destination and the nature of the piece.

Briony Raymond accepts merchandise for exchange or store credit provided the item is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition. Returns must be made in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on special orders, sized or engraved pieces, or items showing any signs of wear. Requests for return must be made within 14 days from receipt of the order. Briony Raymond reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these criteria.
