A Briony Raymond Estate Antique Garnet & Diamond Heart Pendant, hand-crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and designed as a heart-shaped cabochon garnet framed by a finely chased gold border. The center is adorned with a natural old mine-cut diamond starburst motif, with the principal diamond surrounded by additional old mine-cut diamonds in a classic celestial arrangement. The pendant is completed with a matching garnet-set bail.
