An initial meeting takes place with Briony - whether in person or a virtual session via Zoom - as a time to discuss the bespoke piece you have in mind. Often during this appointment, Briony and the client explore any materials, colors, and other imagery that can lend a taste of the look and tone of what you have in mind. We find it particularly helpful for the client to send us any pictures that strike you as being aligned with what you envision, be it a photo of a dress in a color you’re particularly taken with or a stained glass panel with a pattern that speaks to you… All of these images give Briony and the design team a better feel for who you are, what your taste is and what design aesthetics you are drawn to. By the end of this initial consultation, Briony and the production team will have a relatively cohesive idea of the direction the bespoke piece will be headed. Following our brainstorming session with the client, we get to work on the designs for your piece!

Should your piece include diamonds or other colored gemstones, it is at this point that final stone selection occurs. We source our diamonds and gemstones from the world’s top suppliers and will pre-select an assortment of stones that best suite the design and budget of your piece. Color is inherently extremely subjective so it is of utmost importance to us that you love the final gemstones we use in your piece just as much as we do! 

Once the final design and any diamonds or gemstones have been selected, we often have a wax or metal model of the actual piece for you to see, touch and try on, which ensures you have an accurate portrayal of the scale of the piece ahead of final production. When production is ready to begin, we will take a non-refundable deposit (50% unless otherwise agreed upon) and then our jewelers get to work making magic happen!
